W2 & W3 Tax Forms

This 4-part traditional pre-printed laser W-2 set includes 2-up forms; Employer Copy A (federal, red scannable), D (file), Employee Copy B (federal) and C (file). All 8 ½ x 11 sheets are printed on 20# laser paper with no side perforation. Print each copy as a batch, then separate and collate by employee. Use the W-2 Copy 2 to print wage and withholding information for employee submission with state or city tax return. This form is pre-printed with black ink. Forms are 2-up on an 8 ½” x 11” sheet with no side perforation and printed on 20# laser paper. Order by the number of forms needed, not the sheet.

Use the W2 copy B/C to print wage and withholding information for the employee submission with federal tax return and a copy for the employee file.  This form is printed with black ink on an 8 1/2" x 11" sheet with no side perforation and printed on 20# laser paper.  ORDER THIS FORM BY THE SHEET, ONE SHEET PER EMPLOYEE (ONE COPY B & ONE COPY C PER PAGE)

This form has Copy D on top and Copy 1 on the bottom.  Use the W2 Copy 1 to print employer wage and withholding information to send to a state or city. Use the W2 Copy D to print employer file copies. This 2-up form is pre-printed with black ink on 20# laser paper. Forms are on an 8 1/2" x 11" sheet with no side perforation. Order by the number of sheets needed. Mail Copy 1 in a batch to the state or city. The employer keeps Copy D for their file copy.

Use the W-3C form to correct information filed on the original W-3 form. Forms are 8 ½” x 11” with no perforations and are pre-printed with red ink. File the W3-C with the W-2C sent to the SSA. Order the quantity equal to the number of employers for which you need to file corrected returns.

Use the condensed W-2 3-up to print and mail employee W-2 copies B/C/2 (federal/file/state). Print all employee copies on the same sheet, fold and mail. Eliminate separating and collating forms!
