Use the W-2C form to correct information filed on the original W-2 form. Forms are 1-up, 8 ½" x 11" sheets with no side perforations and are pre-printed with black ink (Except copy A which is printed in red ink). Use Copy A for federal filing. Copy B is the employees federal submission. The employee uses this Copy C for their files. The employer uses this Copy D for their files. The employer uses Copy 1 for for filing with state or city. The employee uses Copy 2 for filing with state or city. Order the quantity equal to the number of employees for which you need to file corrected returns. Select copy below. Picture shown is copy A.
